Welcome to Clearview Valais Farm, where a dream sparked by a single photo of a Valais Sheep turned into a thriving passion.

About 10 years ago, Suzan sent her friend, Laura, a picture of a Valais Blacknose lamb with the message, “We need these!” One look at the lamb’s irresistible charm, and the idea took root.

Nestled on a 28-acre farm in Western Pennsylvania, Clearview Farms is now the home and perfect setting for an adorable flock started by two good friends with a passion.

That spring, Clearview Valais Farm welcomed its foundation flock: four Horned Dorset ewes and later, two Scottish Blackface ewes. These sheep marked the beginning of our journey to bring the enchanting Valais Blacknose breed to life here in the States. Today, Clearview Valais Farm celebrates the beauty, whimsy, and heart these sheep bring to our pastures—and we’re thrilled to share their story with you.
